Mai Tie:
Tonights soro-ternity mixer is mai tie themed! So when we get to the frat house, we get a boy’s tie and that is our partner for the night. Since I am first in pledge class order, I get first choice, oh yeah ladies! Great men and great drinks!

Community Service:
So my house is adding up its community service hours and money raised for the Greek Awards banquet. Between us 47 women we have completed 1,653 community service hours, and at one event alone we raised over $12,000. I am so proud to call these women my Sisters!

Regarding the dad and jewelry scenario: SO TRUE. I am so used to watching my dad buy my mother beautiful things, and that taste has totally been passed on to me, so, I am kind of hoping my husband values good jewelry or takes a lesson from my dad :)
